The Gala Apple Tree is a New Zealand variety obtained by crossing "Golden Delicious" with "Kids Orange Red".

It is popular throughout Europe and America. They are distinguished by excellent taste and attractive appearance.

Gala apples for the most part have a one-dimensional and rounded shape, but sometimes on the upper part of the fruit you can see a semblance of small ribbing.

Their weight is from 120 to 170 g. From one tree they collect up to 90 kg of apples.
